Sure, you will have to be the judge of whether your child will be too scared or not. Some 8 year olds have a great time while some 38 year olds cry for their mommy! Our policy is that we don’t recommend our Field of Screams attractions for children under 10 years old. Instead, we offer Corn Cob Acres, a non-scary daytime alternative which boasts over 40 kid-friendly games and activities. Visit corncobacres.com for more information on this fun event.

Should I come if I'm pregnant?

You may come, but we do not recommend that you participate in any of the four Haunted Attractions simply as a safety precaution.

Should I come if flashing lights bother me?

We do not recommend attending Field of Screams as there are strobes in all four of our haunted attractions. Please consult with a doctor before you arrive.

What should I wear?

The fall season can result in cool nights so even if it is warm during the day, it may get chilly at night. Dress in layers. Also, you are coming to a farm so please don't wear your best clothes and shoes. The Field of Screams property does consist of mostly stone and paver pathways.

What is the best time to arrive?

The ticket booth opens at 6pm on most nights, and as early as 5pm on select evenings. When purchasing your ticket online (highly recommended), you will select a time for your entry, and should plan to be on the property at that time. If you are purchasing a ticket onsite, arrive as close as possible to the ticket booth opening times to avoid crowds. Another way to avoid large crowds is to attend FOS in September, November, or on a Sunday evening. Please see our Dates and Times Calendar for specific information about the night that you would like to attend.
